Recent LDC Passings

It’s with deep condolences to friends and families that we’re sharing news of the recent passing of four members of the LDC family.

John Alan Kramer

John “Alan” Kramer died peacefully surrounded by family on May 24 at the age of 72. Alan is survived by his wife of 50 years, Maria, and their three children, Kristine (Kevin) Peterka, Corrie (Tom) Porter, and Michael (Heidi) Kramer.

Al and Maria formerly lived on Fontainbleau Ct. with their three kids: Kristine, Corrie and Michael, who all attended Homestead High School. Michael and his family lived several years on Alsace Ct.

Patti Nehrkorn

Patricia J. Nehrkorn, 75, of Naples, Florida passed away peacefully on May 14, 2018 at Avow Hospice with her family by her side. Pat is survived by her husband of 53 years, William H. Nehrkorn; son and daughter-in-law, William H. Nehrkorn II and Dr. Cynthia Nehrkorn, and daughter, Mary R. Nehrkorn.

Patti and Bill built 2 houses in LDC with their two kids, Billy and Mary, who both attended Homestead High School. Their first home was built in 1971 on the corner of Upper Riviera and Le Mont. Several years later they built a similar house on the Lake, most recently owned by the Mandels.

Harold William Stanfield

Harold William Stanfield, 92, of Brookfield, WI, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, May 23, 2018. He was preceded in death by wife, Dolores Velma (Graff) Stanfield, and their daughters; Patricia Lynn Stanfield and Debra Lynn Stanfield Moore.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 6 years, Paulette; son Grant Stanfield, daughter Paula (Scott) Koss; son-in-law Rob Moore; and brothers Robert (Betty) Stanfield and James Stanfield.

Harold and Dolores (Ginny) raised Paula and Grant on the corner of Fountainbleau and Le Grande Cts. for many years.

Harold Trusky

Harold Trusky was born to eternal Life on April 25, 2018, at the age of 69, due to a long yet courageous battle against ALS (Lou Gehrig) disease. Harold is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, his high school sweetheart, Patti-Lynn (Wagner) Trusky. He is further survived by his daughter, Melanie L Anzia and her family and his son Matthew and his family.

Harold and Patty lived on the corner of Lower Burgundy and Le Mont Cts. with Melanie and Matthew, who both attended Homestead High School.
