Welcome Your New Neighbors

Lac du Cours has itself some new residents. Everyone welcome Dan and Ketty Riley, who recently moved into 10324 N. Versailles Court. Let’s get to know the Kettys.

Why LDC?: They felt the neighborhood had a lot of character and could tell it was a great community. They also found a great house!

School: Both went to Marquette University, where they met while living in the same dorm. Dan graduated in 2016 and Ketty graduated in 2017.

Career: Dan works in investment banking downtown at Cleary Gull. Ketty, who’s originally from Lima, Peru, is planning on starting her own business.

Interests: Tennis, cooking and golf.

Kids or pets: No kids yet, but they want a dog!

Keep Your Eyes Out for Coyotes
Many of you are already familiar with the rather plump coyote roaming LDC. It traverses the grounds at all hours, seems impervious to all ACME Products and is unfazed by dark tunnels drawn on our many mountains. Mequon Police, along with Detective Road Runner, have no plans to address the issue. It’s recommended that you not leave any small children or pets unattended.

HOA Fees
Everyone should’v recently received their HOA fees in the mail. In response to a suggestion made at December’s budget meeting, LDC is looking into online payment solutions for the future. The board is performing due diligence on options and hopes to have one in place for 2020.
