| Informational Happy Hour: Meet LDC Board and Learn More About Roles (Moving to April 18) On April 18, we’ll be holding an informational happy hour at the LDC Clubhouse for anyone interested in getting to know your LDC Board members and learning more about the various roles. – What: Information happy hour to learn more about board members and their roles – Hawaiian themed! Snacks and Margaritas to be served. – When: Tuesday, April 18 – Time: 6:45pm – 8:30pm – Where: LDC Clubhouse Sign up to attend (this is so we can plan for apps and drinks needed)If you have questions, or want to learn more about the LDC Board roles but are unable to attend, please email the board at ldcnewsnow@gmail.com. |
| REMINDER: HOA Due On or Before March 31. You should have all received your HOA invoice. If you haven’t please reach out to ldcnewsnow@gmail.com. HOAs are due on or before March 31. If they are not paid by March 31, there may be additional fees. If you have questions about this process, please reach out to Andrew Rooney or Keri Thayer. New this year is a payment option via Zelle. This is a payment service like Venmo or Paypal, but it’s connected to our BMO Harris Bank Account. There will be instructions on the invoice on how to pay using Zelle if this interests you. So far we’ve had quite a few residents pay this way! NOTE: We’ve also learned that some banks have set limits on how much can be withdrawn using apps like Zelle. Please check with your bank before attempting to use Zelle.
