| This past week, you should have received hard copies of the proxies, agenda, and December Board meeting notes in your mailbox. If you can’t attend the Tuesday, June 7 Board meeting, make sure to submit your proxy so that your vote counts. Below are the various ways this can be submitted. There’s also a link at the bottom to make a copy if you can’t find the hard copy. Ways To Submit Your ProxyTear off the sheet and drop it in the box labeled “PROXIES HERE,” which is located outside the east entrance of the ClubhouseComplete and return the proxy to any of the Directors of the Lac du Cours Homes Association, IncTake a picture of the voting proxy and send it as an attachment to ldcnewsnow@gmail.comPrint, complete, scan and return the form to ldcnewsnow@gmail.comGive your proxy to a neighbor to deliver to the board (you can also nominate them as your proxy).Call Lindsey Burghardt, who will be happy to pick-up your completed formNext week on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 @ 7pm, we’ll hold our semi-annual in-person LDC board meeting at the LDC clubhouse.
