LDC Residents,

Great news! We are ready to proceed with Phase I of the LDC Master Grounds Plan approved at the FY15 annual LDC Home Owners Association meeting. Earth and Oak will begin removing trees and brush located at the subdivision entrances, courts and club house areas (identified with pink ribbon) within the next week or so.

Per the master plan, the goal is to “Regenerate the LDC grounds to provide greater access to open spaces to all residents providing for active uses on a year round basis”. Please also note that Phase II of the LDC master plan project will be to replant the affected areas with native and aesthetically pleasing plant material while adhering to the master plan goal.
