| You asked, and we listened! Starting tomorrow, we’ve got a brand new Tennis/Pickle Ball Reservation System that we’ll use for the remainder of the summer/fall months. Reserve Your Court And Time Slot Today With this new reservation system you can: – Reserve one or both courts for one to two hours at a time. – Know exactly when courts are reserved. – Get reminders the day before your reservation. A couple things to note: – Take time to familiarize yourself with the Tennis Court Rules shown below and listed in the online directory (note: these updates didn’t get into the print version that just got delivered, FYI) – Right now we just have dates/time slots listed through the end of July. We’ll put more dates/times on here as we get closer to the end of July. – Time slots are listed in 1-hour increments and for one court at a time. – The link to reserve your slot is always available from the lacducours.org home page listed in the “Quick Links” section. – If you have questions on how this works, send those to ldcnewsnow@gmail.com. |
| 2022 Tennis Court Rules – An online reservation system is used for the tennis courts. The 2022 reservation system can be found here and is also linked from the lacducours.org website. Residents must sign up in advance. There will be no permanent court time reservations allowed. – Residents only may reserve the courts and a family group may reserve courts for up to two hours. Guests will be permitted to play doubles with at least one resident per court. – First and last names of all players must be entered in the reservation system. – Players may continue to play into another hour if no other players have reserved that court and if there are no players waiting to play. – A court can be held for only 15 minutes past the scheduled starting time. If the scheduled players have not arrived, waiting players may use the court. – Doubles are encouraged whenever possible to allow more players to have court time. – Tennis shoes must be worn and tennis attire is suggested. – Playing times of adults, children and guests are as follows: –8am – 8 pm: LDC Adults and children may sign up to play. –After 8 pm: LDC Children under 18 may play only with their parent(s) on the same court. – All residents are allowed to “walk on” and play if the court was not previously reserved or the sign-up players did not show up to play. However, residents must relinquish the courts if someone else has reserved the courts. – Guests must be accompanied by a Resident at all times. |
