Many of our guards will be heading off to college soon so please stop by to thank them for a great summer and wish them well! Please also consider bringing down a treat or cards/crafts from your kiddos to show some love. |
| Reminder: Don’t Forget To Sign In At the Pool! Just a reminder to make sure you sign in your family and any guests you bring when you visit the pool. This helps us keep estimate how busy the pool will be in the future so we can better estimate how many guards to have on at any one time. We appreciate your help with this! For those interested, here’s what’s listed in the 2022 Pool Policy: – A sign-in sheet will be at the pool entrance. – All swimmers must sign in and indicate the number of guests they have brought, if any. – The daily Guest fee for the use of the pool is $3 per person. – The term “Guest” refers to all persons two years and older who are not Residents, nor the dependents or grandchildren of Residents living in the Resident’s home. – No charges will be made for children under two or babysitters. – Babysitters must be registered with the lifeguards on their first visit. – A $10 weekly fee is available for out-of-town Guests. – Lot owners will be billed with their assessments. – Guests must be signed in by a Resident and accompanied by a Resident at all times. | LDC Board Meeting Minutes May Board Meeting Minutes are now available on lacducours.org website under the Governance Tab (Password: LDC2019) . June board meeting minutes were taken for the in person session and those will be approved at the next bi-annual in person meeting later this year. |
| Reminder: LDC Facebook Group is for LDC Residents Only Lately we’ve been getting requests from people who live outside of LDC asking to be a part of our LDC Residents Facebook group. Please keep in mind that this is a private Facebook group that is for LDC residents only. Before gaining access, all requests have to be approved and people are only granted access once we can verify their address resides in Lac Du Cours. Exceptions are made for those who will be moving into the community soon but don’t live here yet. Additionally, once a family moves out, they will be removed from the LDC Facebook group (and removed from our email list).
