Our dearly beloved trailer (aka “Oscar”) gave Lac du Cours a solid 15-year run before recently succumbing to irreparable damage. Oscar (2006-2020) was a mighty trailer with some fine hydraulics and one of the sturdiest frames you’ll find this side of the Mississippi.
Some of you remember Oscar from when he hauled a dozen bouncy houses and four dunk tanks to a single LDC Day. Or the time he deftly maneuvered through the ice storm of ’09 to deliver 14 kegs of Blatz and Hamm’s to the Old Timer’s Party. But most of you will remember Oscar from that time you needed to take some sticks to the Mequon dump. All amazing memories.
While Oscar could never truly be replaced, we will be obtaining a new trailer for all of our dunk tank, keg and stick towing needs. It’ll be 3 to 4 weeks before it makes its debut, and we’ll send an email upon its arrival. Suggested names for the trailer are welcome.
