May 15: LDC Spring Cleanup As the weather gets warmer, we’re counting down the days until we can enjoy all of Lac Du Cours in its entirety…but there’s work to do! Please consider volunteering for the LDC Spring Cleanup coming up on May 15 to help out where you can. Remember, many hands make light work! |
May 16: Stick Pickup On May 16, David J Frank is going to collect sticks around the neighborhood. If you want someone to collect sticks from your yard, they need to be gathered and placed at the edge of the curb on May 15 (the day before). We don’t have an exact time of when on the 16th, DJF is coming, so please be prepared and put these out on May 15 so you don’t miss the pick up in your court/side of the lake. |
June 7: Semi-Annual Board Meeting for Homeowners Mark your calendars for the next semi-annual Board meeting for homeowners on June 7, 2022, @ 7 pm. This meeting will take place in person, at the LDC Clubhouse. Weather permitting, we’ll have it outside on the back patio. Our big agenda item at this meeting is reconvening on the Reforestation work that has been done to date with the Reforestation Ad Hoc Committee that was formed this spring. RFPs are currently out and expected back soon. More details to come, as well as a detailed agenda in preparation of this meeting. |
Boat Inventory Updates On our Spring Clean-up day (May 15) we will remove any unclaimed boats from the racks and place them on the pavement. We will circulate photos of the removed boats and give everyone one last chance to claim their boat. Any boats still unclaimed by our member’s meeting (June 7) will be auctioned off at the meeting. We’ve also updated the Boat Inventory document so that you can see the changes made so far. Thank you for your help with this! |
