Long-time resident Jack Rhind, husband of Judy and father of Jan, June and Jeff, recently passed away. Visitation will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home on Port Washington Road.

Get Your Can Openers Ready
The pool will be open Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 8 p.m. provided weather allows. It’ll be closed if there’s inclement weather, the temperature drops below 65 degrees or there is low attendance.

Boats, Boats, Boats
Join us for two evenings on the lake! Launch your canoe or kayak (but keep all cruise ships on the beach) and bring an appetizer to share with other boaters! Some extra boats are available to reserve in advance for those who don’t own one.

Residents should beware of an ongoing scam that has stretched across southeast Wisconsin in recent years. A heavyset man traveling with young teenagers in a white van has been soliciting donations for a “Milwaukee Restoration Church.”
