Thank you to everyone that came to the LDC Board meeting yesterday at the clubhouse and to those that submitted proxy forms! We had 35 households attending in person, as well as an additional 58 proxy forms. 

Bylaw Amendment votes: This did not pass. Including both Proxy votes and in-person votes there were 68 Yes votes and 25 No votes. This needed 50% of households to vote yes in order to pass (87 households). There won’t be another vote on the bylaws until a future board decides to revamp and vote again on these. Unlike the Covenants, the bylaws can be voted on and passed at any time.

Thank you to Lindsey Burghardt (President), Andrew Rooney (Treasurer), Jon Douglas (Lake), and Kim Zaiss (Pool/Clubhouse) for all your hard work and commitment to the board and the LDC community over the last three years!!! 

We now welcome the following board members who were voted on to the board at the meeting and then assigned to roles shortly after our board meeting. They are as follows: 

• Todd Minkin – President
• Pat Blume – Pool/Clubhouse
• Dean Pecard – Lake
• Keri Thayer – Treasurer (Not new to the board, but new to this role!)
