| Thank you to everyone that showed up to this week’s semi-annual LDC Board meeting held at the clubhouse and to all of those who submitted proxy votes. We had a great discussion around the budgetary plans for 2023 and only one minor change was made to the full budget packet. That change is as follows: In the table notes where we stated… “Propose to transfer $40k of operating account balance to general reserves on 3/31/23” …that has been changed to read as… “Propose to transfer up to $40k of operating account balance to general reserves in Q4 2023” With this one amendment approved, the full budget proposed was also then approved unanimously. For reference, a copy of the approved budget is located on the lacducours.org website, under the “Governance” tab (password: LDC2019) and is linked here. Other materials regarding the reforestation efforts and other Grounds items covered in the meeting will be emailed out at a later date.
