| Security Cameras Installed at the LDC Clubhouse The newest addition to our security was approved with the 2024 Budget at the December meeting. Since then, we have installed 4 security cameras around the LDC Clubhouse. Patrick Blume and Todd Minkin oversaw this project and have more details for residents interested. Here are a couple quick FAQs on the security cameras. If you have further questions, please send those in to ldcnewsnow@gmail.com – Where are the cameras located? Front door, back patio, pool, beach/lake. – Can one of them see the full parking lot? Yes – How are these being monitored? Checked if there is a reported incident. – Who actually gets to see the footage? Clubhouse manager and board president – How long is the footage kept? 2 weeks. – Is audio recorded? No, just video. |
| HOA Dues Invoices Have Been Mailed Out HOA dues invoices have been mailed out. HOAs are due on or before March 31. If they are not paid by March 31, there may be additional fees. Similar to last year, there will be a payment option via Zelle. This is a payment service like Venmo or Paypal, but it’s connected to our BMO Harris Bank Account. There will be instructions on the invoice on how to pay using Zelle if this interests you. The biggest benefit of paying with Zelle is that your payment will go through in real-time so you won’t have to wonder when it will hit your bank account. Also, you don’t need to have a BMO bank account to access Zelle, but it does have to connect to a bank account so you will need those details.
