Nobody wants a tree falling on their home. LDC has a lot of wonderful forested area that will become a whole lot less forested. There are hundreds of ash trees in LDC that will be lost to the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) if we do nothing.

Julie Peltier, a DNR Forester, will bring you up to date on EAB’s spread and current methods of treatment at a workshop to be held on Thursday, March 21 from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at PieperPower Education Center, 8200 West County Line Road, Mequon.
