Q: Who can rent the clubhouse?
A: The Clubhouse can only be rented by Lac du Cours residents

Q: Does the Lac du Cours resident need to be present at the function?
A: Yes, the Lac du Cours resident must be present at the function.

Q: What can the clubhouse be rented for?
A: The Clubhouse can only be rented for personal use. No business ventures are allowed.

Q: How long do I have to return the key?
A: The Clubhouse key MUST be returned within 24 HOURS of the conclusion of your event to Carrie Hagerbaumer – 3434W. Burgundy Ct.- NO EXCEPTIONS!

Q: How much does it cost to rent the Clubhouse?
A: The cost to rent the Clubhouse is $100 plus a $150 security deposit. An additional cleaning service can be provided for an additional fee $75.
