Swim Lesson Info – Summer 2023 – One-on-one 30 minute lessons with an LDC lifeguard – Two week sessions beginning the following Mondays – 6/19, 7/3, 7/17, 7/31, 8/14 – Lessons will be held between 9am-11am Mon-Thurs (Friday will be a make up day in case of weather, holidays, etc.) – $15 per lesson ($120 for two week session) Fill out the Swim Lesson Survey if you are interested in participating in one or more sessions this summer so we know how many lifeguards to recruit for this activity. |
| Swim Club – This is an old idea being made new again that we would like to gauge interest in. – Swim club would be run by the lifeguards and the Recreation chair who would hold one or two practices during the week and a friendly swim competition on the weekends. – This would be geared towards already independent youth swimmers (ages 6-12 or so). – The cost and schedule will be TBD based on resident feedback. | Pool Opens For The Summer on June 9! (And Heater Update) The pool will officially open for the Summer on Friday, June 9 from 12pm – 8pm. The pool heater is still not working, but we’re hoping to get it fixed next week (we’ll keep you posted). |
