REMINDER: Notaries available at LDC Clubhouse Sat 4/29 and Sun 4/30 for Amended Covenant Votes

Hi everyone – just a reminder that there will be notaries available at the LDC Clubhouse Saturday (4/29) and Sunday (4/30) to notarize signatures in support of the amended covenants. 

  • Saturday, April 29 from 10:00am-12:00pm
  • Sunday, April 30 from 3:00PM-5:00pm

IMPORTANT: BRING YOUR LICENSE WITH YOU. 

Additionally, if you can’t make it during these times you can reach out to Aaron Wegrzyn  aaronwegrzyn@gmail.com or Lindsey Burghardt lindsey.zimick@gmail.com personally as they are the notaries in our neighborhood. 

Finally, if you have questions regarding the amendments, there are court chairs walking around the neighborhood who are willing to answer questions about this. If you haven’t seen one or still have questions, you can reach out to Aaron or Lindsey as well. 
 

All notarized votes for amended Covenants need to be in by May 4. These can be returned to Aaron Wegrzyn (3827 W. Le Grande) or Lindsey Burghardt (3433 W. Riviera).
