| Dear LDC Residents, as we look ahead to budgeting for recreation in 2023, we would like your feedback on if and where you would support additional investment and what the other interests of the community are. Additional investment in rec activities does not necessarily mean a change in HOA dues, but perhaps a reallocation in funds spent from years past. In 2022, the recreation budget was based solely on the lifeguard payroll for the season. We were able to use excess funds (due to shortened pool hours) to purchase and install the new slide at the playground. Additionally, the board would like to know if residents have an interest in either joining the board in the future or joining a committee to support a board role.
