Just a reminder to attend in person or send in a voter proxy for the upcoming Board meeting to vote on the Revised 2022 Proposed Budget Packet.

Small update to the budget packet: the link to the budget packet was updated with a small revision. The budget table we copy/pasted into the document was not showing the top lines of operating expenses for Admin & General, Grounds and Lake. The overall budget has not changed from what we put in this past Tuesday, as this was a copy/paste error, not an actual omission. However, we wanted to make sure the version linked from the website and in this email was updated before Tuesday’s meeting.

If you are not able to attend, please be sure to complete and return your Voter Proxy form.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON VOTER PROXY FORMS: If you filled out a voter proxy form in November, that can NOT be reused for this new board meeting/revised budget packet. We need completely new voter proxy forms. You’ll need to fill out another voter proxy and hand it in if you did one previously and want to do the same again. Full instructions are below on how to do this.
