When: Tuesday, December 14, 2021 @ 7pm

Paper copies of the Proposed Budget will be placed in mailboxes tonight. A copy is also available on the LDC website (lacducours.org) under the “Governance” section* and linked here. If you are not able to attend, please be sure to complete and return your Voter Proxy form (see instructions below).

IMPORTANT NOTE ON VOTER PROXY FORMS: If you filled out a voter proxy form in November, that can NOT be reused for this new board meeting/revised budget packet. We need completely new voter proxy forms. You’ll need to fill out another voter proxy and hand it in if you did one previously and want to do the same again. Full instructions are below on how to do this.

Revised 2022 Budget Packet

Return Your Voter Proxy Form – Here’s How!

If you would prefer to vote by proxy, we would like to be sure we have a physical copy of your completed/signed form. Here are a variety of ways for you to turn in your voter proxy form (yes, even from your phone):

  1. Placing the completed form in the box labeled “PROXIES HERE,” which is located outside the east entrance of the Clubhouse
  2. Returning the completed form  to any of the board members
  3. Taking a picture of the completed form and sending it as an attachment to ldcnewsnow@gmail.com
  4. Scanning and emailing the completed form to ldcnewsnow@gmail.com
  5. Calling Lindsey Burghardt, who will be happy to pick-up your completed form
  6. Getting a neighbor to help you do one of these things (i.e., you could give your form to whomever you nominate as your Proxy and ask that she/he get the form – or a picture or copy of the form – to the board.)

As a reminder, if you vote via proxy, you are essentially delegating your vote to whomever you appoint. So, if your proxy votes to support the budget proposal, so do you, and vice versa. If you appoint the board, you will be voting to pass our budget proposal.

We hope to see you all at next week’s meeting, but if you cannot attend, please complete the Voting Proxy form that was included with the Proposed Budget.
