| LDC Day Registration forms due (and other updates) We are getting close to our registration deadline for LDC day- our yearly community fun-fest! Woot woot! The forms were dropped into your mailbox last week, but if you need another one, you can download this one here or click the button below. Drop off your RSVP and payment no later than Saturday, August 21st at the Miller’s mailbox on 3605 West Normandy Court. This will help us get an accurate count for games, food and beer. Yes- we will have coffee in the morning, sub sandwiches for lunch and a grill out for dinner. And don’t forget snacks like popcorn, snow cones and cotton candy! Let’s make this day awesome- together. If we don’t get enough volunteers, we will need to cancel some of the kid’s activities. See the full schedule for the day here: 9:00 Decorate together for the Parade (meet at the corner triangle of Le Petite and Le Grande Blvds with your bikes, strollers & dogs- we’ll provide the streamers) 9:30 Bike and pooch parade 10:00 Morning snacks and coffee at the clubhouse 10:00 Kids games- preschool age and under, grades K-4, grades 5-12 (meet by tennis courts) 10:45 Kids triathlon (meet outside clubhouse) 11:30 Scavenger hunt (meet outside clubhouse) and Wiffle ball game (meet at the field) Noon-1 Lunch at the clubhouse 1:00-3 Tug of War at the beach, followed by face painting, crafts, bounce house, dunk tank, volleyball, tennis, soccer, basketball 2:45 Kids & teen bingo 3:30 Sandcastle building contest begins (judged at 4:10) 3:30 Adult bingo 4:15 Swim races and biggest splash contest (lifeguards judge) 5-6:00 Dinner at the clubhouse 6:30 -11 Karaoke/DJ/dancing 7:00 Bonfire Look for wristbands for entry to the event in your mailbox on Sept. 3rd.
