I hope everyone has been able to enjoy the LDC pool on one of these hot summer days. Please keep in mind the LDC policies on using the pool as well as having guests.
- All Residents are to sign in upon entering the pool area. This is required even if you do not have guests with you.
- If you plan on having a large group with you, please notify Brooke Meyers so she can inform the guards and maintain enough spaces for other LDC Residents. We are trying to be conscious of all LDC Residents and ensure capacity limits are not exceeded.
- LDC Policy states that a “Pool guest” is anyone over the age of two who is not a Resident of LDC nor the dependent or grandchild of a Residents living in LDC.
- Guests must be signed in by the Resident and be always accompanied by a Resident.
- All LDC Residents will be charged $2.00 per person for each guest, each time they are at the pool. Guest fees are added to yearly assessment fees.
- When renting the LDC Clubhouse and also using the pool, Residents must:
- Include the expected number of pool guests on your rental agreement;
- Agree to pay the $2.00 per guest fee on your rental agreement;
- Sign in your pool guests in the pool log; and
- If the number of pool guests during a rental exceeds 20 people, you must notify the lifeguards so staffing can be adjusted. An established rate of $10.00 per additional lifeguard must be collected and paid the day of your event.
