Typically, this post would share the date and time for our semiannual, in-person homeowners meeting. Obviously these are atypical times, so we’ll be postponing that meeting until we can meet live and in color. Stay tuned for updates.

In addition to covering the latest happenings in LDC, these meetings also act as a changing of the guard as new members are welcomed to the board. Given the circumstances, John Hagerbaumer (president/treasurer), Dean Pecard (lake) and Tyler Hicks (clubhouse/pool) have graciously volunteered to extend their 3-year term until we can hold the in-person homeowners meeting.
