It’s a Whole New World!!
Remember when you were a kid and you’d fly magic carpets all over town with your pet monkey riding shotgun? Those were good times. Nay … great times.

Well, you (and your kids/grandkids, too) can relive them through the power of movie magic by attending Saturday’s screening of Aladdin. We’ll have the big screen set up in the clubhouse with the flick set to start at 6 p.m.

Leaf Pickup Rescheduled
Since it doesn’t look like the snow will be thawing by next week, we’ve rescheduled Round 2 of this year’s leaf pickup to Dec. 2-3. Hopefully that gives Mother Nature enough time to get it together. Seriously, GET IT TOGETHER MOTHER NATURE!

Annual Budget Meeting … Also Rescheduled
Speaking of rescheduling, the annual winter budget meeting has been moved up one day to Monday, Dec. 16 starting at 7 p.m. You’ll receive a packet of information roughly a week prior to the meeting that you may peruse at your leisure. We’ll also share an agenda of high-priority topics so you can come prepared. 

Common Parking Areas … No Schedule-related Updates
With winter upon us, sometimes it can be easy to just leave an old or unused car sitting in a shared parking area, collecting snow from above and behind as plows come through. However, we ask that you please keep those cars moving or placed in a private storage area so they don’t create eyesores within our beautiful courts.
