The bi-annual LDC homeowners meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, at 8 p.m. in the clubhouse. You’ll be receiving a proxy in your mailbox today. If you’re unable to attend, please complete your proxy and give it to a neighbor or board member. 

In addition to a stimulating review from each committee, we’ll be electing new homeowners to the LDC board.  If you’re interested in serving on the board, please email ldcnewsnow@gmail.com. Pump Those Breaks
With the weather warming, and more foot traffic and young bike/scooter riders throughout the neighborhood, please drive slowly and ask any teenage drivers in your house to do the same. Also, no matter what any 80s movies starring teenage wolf people may tell you, car surfing is also highly unsafe and discouraged.
